WHAT: John Ball’s In the Heat of the Night adapted for the modern stage by Matt Pelfrey based on the acclaimed novel, which was the basis for the 1967 Oscar winning film (that starred Sidney Poitier and Rod Steiger) and the Emmy Award winning television series (with Carroll O’Conner).

WHERE: Civic Center Music Hall’s City Space Theatre (lower level) If you’re new to the building, signs will be posted to help you navigate.

HOW: Bring headshot and resume, and be prepared to audition with sides from the script.
Auditions are held at Civic Center Music Hall, 201 N. Walker in downtown OKC. Specific locations and other details will be announced (in the box above) closer to each audition date.
